A vendor display a replica of Milan's gothic cathedral,
which was used in the attack on Silvio Berlusconi.
Doctors have told the Italian premier to restrict public
duties for two weeks after an attack by a man who has
apologised for his "cowardly" act. Souvenir vendors
reported brisk business in statuettes of Milan's cathedral.
