Chinese people's Intelligence scores High, but Quality among Lowest
British scholar Linn was allegedly cited as saying “the Chinese people can be listed as one of the racial groups which enjoy high Intelligence Quotient (IQ), but the population quality determines China is still a backward nation.” He later illustrated his point by stating that many of the Nobel Prize laureates are of the Chinese origin, but this cannot eclipse the ugly side that the Chinese people have so far displayed while travelling abroad, during which they are commonly spotted littering and spitting and making noise at all time and places. Additionally, some wealthy Chinese severely lack the sense of social responsibility, say, contribution to charity, and the illicit ways in which they amassed their fortune also tend to water down their social morality.
