If you think your job stinks, talk to Wang Yuming, a migrant worker from Anhui Province, who for 15 years has been earning a living scooping fallen change and other treasures out of Nanjing's numerous public toilets.
"I go to three or four toilets a day, and can pick out about 50 yuan," said Wang.
By rigging a magnet to the end of a long pole and armed with thick rubber gloves, Wang rides his bike and toilet-hops to fish for anything metal, from money to jewelry.
"I got the idea from how some people use magnets to find scrap iron in the river, then custom made my own tools. I find everything from coins to watches and rings, " explained Wang.
On average, Wang takes up about 850 yuan ($124) a month. However, his record is 800 yuan in one day from a public toilet near a railway station.
"Because these things fell into the toilets and their owners didn't want to try and get them, it's not stealing," he said.
