* US President Jefferson didn't admit his black kids.
* US President John F. Kennedy lied to his wife, the first lady of the US.
* US President Nixon lied about Watergate Scandal.
* US President Bill Clinton lied to his wife and American people
* US President Bush Jr lied that he would find massive destructive weapon in Iraq, and launched the war against the Iraq.
* US President Obama lies to the world claiming he is a peace lover winning so-called Peace Prize of Nobel, while continuing waring in Afghanistan.
* US No. 34 President Dwight David Eisenhower was also a liar.
In 1960, CIA flied into the skies of the former Soviet Union, and the pilot was caught.
Eienhower said he never approved this action with a statement, but later he admited that was espionage
* American President Jimmy Cater was also a liar.
"I'll never lie to you," Carter famously told American voters in 1976. He made the commitment that he would read all the letters from his voters. Actually he didn't have time to do.
*President McKinley told the American people that the USS Maine had been sunk in Havana Harbor by a Spanish mine. The American people, outraged by this apparent unprovoked attack, supported the Spanish American War. The Captain of the USS Maine had insisted the ship was sunk by a coal bin explosion, investigations after the war proved that such had indeed been the case. There had been no mine.
*President Johnson lied about the Gulf of Tonkin to send Americans off to fight in Vietnam.
There were no torpedoes in the water in the Gulf. LBJ took advantage of an inexperienced sonar man's report to goad Congress into escalating the Vietnam War.

Gosh
First, the list is terribly incomplete.
Second, honesty in statecraft is a fatal illness.
